Shipping & Returns

If an item purchased from BlueStarChild Creation arrives in a damaged condition, you may return it within 30 days of the original delivery. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 2 weeks of receiving the returned item.

As shipping costs are not retrievable, we are unable to refund shipping costs.

The following items may not be returned:
• Any clothing that has been worn or washed.

All items are shipped USPS First Class Mail (unless a different method is selected by cardholder during checkout) within 48 hours of your purchase. In the event that an item is out of stock or backordered, we will not bill your credit card until the item is shipped to you. We do not ship over the weekend.

Orders must be cancelled at least 3 days in advance of ship date to qualify for a refund.
